If you're trying to connect the dots between people—like looking at their political ties, where they went to school, their family, or work history—GIS systems are a must-have. Basic and advanced GIS tools, loaded with different data, can show you hidden details. This session is about how to actually use everyday GIS tools, along with some really out-there data sources, to find locations and relationships while investigating.
