BSIDES BELGRADE 2026
AGENDA 2026
Threat Intelligence assessment of notable APT groups’ attack patterns using MITRE ATT&CK
SPEAKERS: Boris Martynyuk
About the Workshop/Talk
Led by Boris Martynyuk, Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at Group-IB, this workshop explores how threat intelligence analysts investigate and understand Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) using the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Participants will learn how to analyze Threat Actors, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) through real-world APT case studies. The workshop will break down attack campaigns from the victim’s perspective, map them to MITRE ATT&CK, and explore how different threat actors can use similar techniques while seemingly related campaigns may rely on entirely different procedures.
🛠 The session also includes hands-on exercises, where participants will collaboratively map attack scenarios, identify patterns across campaigns, and understand how TTP analysis helps with accurate attribution and threat mitigation.
